Pre-ordersপ্রি-অর্ডার

Pre-booking allows you to reserve a Bitsflow board before the official launch. By placing a pre-book order, you understand that the product is not yet available for immediate shipment. We will notify you when your order is ready to ship. Pricingদাম

All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include applicable taxes. Payment methods and terms will be provided at checkout. For pre-books, payment may be collected at the time of order or before shipping, depending on the payment option selected. Order Cancellationঅর্ডার বাতিল

You may cancel your order while it is in 'pending' status through your dashboard. Once an order has been confirmed or is being processed, cancellation may not be possible. We currently ship within Bangladesh. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a replacement or refund at our discretion. Bitsflow boards come with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, modifications, or normal wear and tear. If you share projects, code, comments, or other content with Bitsflow (e.g., through social media, forums, or our website), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content for promotional and educational purposes.
